Study Auro provides comprehensive online education in advanced 3D game design techniques, including but not limited to modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, and game engine implementation. Our platform serves students, professionals, and enthusiasts seeking to advance their skills in the gaming industry.

Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities occurring under their account.

• Users must be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
• One account per individual - multiple accounts are not permitted
• False information provided during registration may result in account suspension
• Users must notify Study Auro immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Account reactivation after suspension requires administrative approval

Study Auro retains all rights, title, and interest in our educational content, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights. This includes course materials, video content, software tools, and methodologies developed by our instructors.

All course fees must be paid in full before accessing premium content. Study Auro accepts various payment methods and processes transactions securely through established payment gateways.

Study Auro maintains a professional learning environment where respect, collaboration, and constructive feedback are essential. All users must adhere to community standards that promote positive educational experiences.

Study Auro reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or behavior detrimental to our learning community. Termination may be immediate for serious violations such as content piracy or harassment.

Upon termination, users lose access to all course materials and community features. Previously downloaded materials must be deleted, and any certificates earned may be revoked if termination results from misconduct.

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary.

Users consent to electronic communication for legal notices and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

Study Auro may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. Significant changes will be communicated through email and platform notifications at least 30 days before implementation.

Continued use of our platform after terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. Users who disagree with changes may terminate their account and receive pro-rated refunds for unused course access time.
